Business Development Manager – Elevator/Lift - Career Growth Potential

Responsibilities:

• Generate sales among client accounts, including upsetting and
  cross-selling.
• Develops and maintains long-term relationships with accounts.
• Prepares cost estimates by studying all related customer
  documents, consulting with engineers, architects, and other
  professional personnel.
• Monitor contracts and move contract with close-out, extension or
  renewal
• Prepare and submit the tender documents.
• Responsible for order values, market share improvement, booked
  margin and down payment collection for cash flow.
• Liaising with external & internal customers and providing support
  to clients’ requests.

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Engineering
• At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience in LIFT/ELEVATOR
• Industry.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to blend to the team.
