Client Services Manager (Building & Construction) - Room for Advancement

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the Service Department, focusing on business growth, and profitability. 
• Manage service calls, scheduling, staff levels, sales generation, maintaining margins, and managing stock and equipment.
• Handle debt collection for service transactions.
• Provide technical advice and prepare quotations for the company’s products and services.
• Communicate with clients about service scheduling and coordination for efficient delivery.
• Contribute to workplace safety for all employees and subcontractors.
• Maintain high-quality standards for service tasks.
• Collaborate with company leaders to achieve business goals and explore growth opportunities.
• Assist in preparing production paperwork for custom door products.
• Negotiate and resolve disputes with customers, suppliers, or other parties.
• Prepare and process invoices for services rendered within the billing month.
• Any other ad hoc task as assigned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or Sales or related field. 
• At least 2-3 years of relevant working experience. 
• Excellent leadership and management skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Applications.
