Customer Experience & Operations Management Executive
Location: Toa Payoh
Duration: 6 months
Working hours: Mon - Fri, Office hours
Pay: Up to $3300 (depending on prior work experience)
Job Scope
- Monitor and manage the entire customer service process
- Resolve customer issues and create procedures and policies
- Liaise with other functions such as marketing, business development and partnerships
- Review customer journeys to identify opportunities for improvements
- Create presentations, training materials and conduct trainings
- Provide administrative support
Job Requirements
- Min Diploma in Operations or equivalent with at least 3-4 years of relevant working experience
