Engineering - Technical Services (Electrical/ Electronic) - with Great Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical solutions and advice to customers regarding products and services.
• Conduct product training sessions and provide technical support to customers.
• Willing to travel and meet customers in South East Asia for on-site assistance.
• Collaborate with internal team members and assist in project management.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues reported by customers and provide timely resolution.
• Test and evaluate new products, providing feedback to the development team.
• Monitor and assess the performance and utilization of technical equipment; make recommendations for upgrades and improvements.
• Prepare and maintain technical documents and reports for both customers and internal teams.

Requirements: 

• With Diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field. 
• Strong knowledge of Electrical Assets and Electricity Industry and Regulation is a plus. 
• Good time management and interpersonal skills.
