As an Executive Office Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in our organization, ensuring smooth administrative operations, managing office equipment, and facilitating seamless coordination with our global offices and teams. Located in the heart of Singapore's CBD, this position offers you a unique opportunity to contribute to various business areas at our boutique Asset Management firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the senior management and business teams across the group
- Support Finance team in expenses claims submission
- Support HR team in managing key personnel’s profile, arrange interviews, and liaise with recruiters
- Event organization and logistics management for various internal & external events
- Manage office equipment and supplies
- Office vendors management
- Foster effective communication and collaboration with global offices and teams
- Execute day-to-day office administration tasks
- Participate in, learn from, and contribute to diverse aspects of our business
- Project coordination & management cross regions & functions
Qualifications:
- Bilingual proficiency in Chinese and English is a MUST
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree from reputable schools, ideally in in Business Administration, Accounting, Information Management, or a related field
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both languages
- Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration
- Strong command of the Microsoft Office suite and Teams ecosystem
- Impeccable organizational skills with a keen eye for detail
- A passion for event organization
- Willingness to travel internationally
- Exceptional multitasking and time management abilities
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Prior experience in the financial services industry, or accounting is a plus
- Experience and knowledge working with CorpSec provider is a plus
