Facilities Administrator - Fast Hire

Responsibilities: 

• Oversee daily maintenance activities and collaborate with vendors for the upkeep and service of various systems and amenities, including the air conditioning system, solar panels, mechanical and electrical services, and security system. 
• Manager sourcing, assessment, procurement, and management of service contracts and SLAs for office essentials and services.
• Participate in the Safety & Health Committee, overseeing monthly safety inspections, and maintaining organizational charts for safety and emergency response teams. 
• Managing the risk assessment register, developing emergency plans, and reporting incidents.
• Manage the inventory of multifunction devices, oversee fixed assets, handle season parking applications, and process vendor invoice payments, 
• Submitting facilities management-related payroll transactions and coordinating the booking of event and training spaces.
• Undertake additional tasks as assigned. 

Requirements: 

• Diploma in Facilities Management or related field. 
• At least 4 years of relevant working experience. 
• Good knowledge of WSH and problem-solving skills. 
• Detail-oriented, ability to work independently as well as with the team.
