HR Assistant (West)

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the HR Manager to oversee a comprehensive range of Human Resources and Administrative functions, encompassing recruitment, compensation and benefits, as well as performance management.
• Facilitate the orientation process for new employees across all levels and ensure accurate maintenance and updating of personnel files, while providing assistance with all onboarding-related inquiries.
• Contribute to the payroll preparation process, which includes calculating workers' overtime and trip incentives, as well as managing CPF contributions and IR21 tax clearances.
• Foster positive employee relations by organizing ad hoc recreational and welfare activities, coordinating training and development initiatives, and supporting HR projects and management reporting.
• Manage the application process for work passes, handling renewals and cancellations efficiently.
• Responsible for handling and processing resignation, termination, and dismissal procedures in compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Assist in the preparation of employment surveys and other related tasks as required.

• Minimum NITEC/ Diploma.
• Company Transport is provided from Boon Lay MRT station.
