HR Executive (Up to $4,500AWSVB MNC West)

Job Summary:

• Company background: Japan MNC Manufacturing field
• Working location: West
• Working days & hrs: 5 days; Monday to Friday ; 8.00 am – 4.30pm
• Salary range: up to SGD 4,500 (dep on exp) + AWS + VB

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform HR generalist duties including talent acquisition, payroll processing, compensation and benefits, performance management, and learning and development.
• Support the development and implementation of HR strategies, initiatives, policies, and processes.
• Prepare and generate various HR reports, including those related to manpower and recruitment.
• Coordinate and process procurement and SAP payment requests.
• Maintain and manage employee information in the Infotech system.
• Oversee work pass applications and ensure adherence to MOM regulations.
• Liaise with the Union and address employee relations issues.
• Oversee office and administrative functions within the HR department.
• Comfortable with traveling to the manufacturer's factory for work and alternating between the Jurong East and Tuas plants.
