Legal Assistant/ Paralegal - Multiple Openings (MNC) - Dynamic Team

Responsibilities: 

• Provide support to the legal team, with a focus on contract matters.
• Administer and maintain databases of legal documents and agreements. 
• Assists in editing and proofreading various contracts, formal correspondence, and legal fillings. 
• Liaise with other departments, overseas counterparts, and external parties where necessary. 
• Other related tasks assigned from time to time.

Requirements: 

• With Degree or Diploma in Legal Studies or equivalent. 
• At least 1- 2 years paralegal or contract management experience. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Highly ethical, discreet, and able to maintain confidentiality.
