Marketing & Business Development (Commercial/ Ship Repair) - Urgent Position

Responsibilities:

• Create and implement effective business strategies to support business growth for Ship repair and Ship Conversion (SR & SC).
• Analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for business expansion in SR & SC.
• Prepare and submit business proposals to clients in a timely manner.
• Present business proposals to clients and address any queries or concerns they may have.
• Conduct market research to identify new market opportunities in SR & SC.
• Establish and maintain relationships with potential clients. 
• Work closely with the CSR, EDC and Operations departments to prepare and submit business proposals for new Ship Conversion projects.
• Ensure all proposals are compliant with company policies and procedures.
• Participate internal meetings and discussions related to the projects.
• Take notes and prepare minutes or reports for internal use.
• Prepare reports and coordinate with other departments as necessary.
• Propose innovative ways to attract and retain customers.
• Work closely with current clients to identify future project opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategies to expand the company's client base.
• Set sales targets and work towards achieving them.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet targets.
• Ensure that all SR & SC projects are delivered smoothly and meet customer expectations.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients to promote customer satisfaction.
• Address any issues or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent. 
• Good knowledge of Engineering terms. 
• With 8+ experience in Marketing.
