Operations Engineer/Senior (Telco/5G) - Collaborative Environment

Responsibilities: 

• Supervise the daily monitoring of faults and alarms in the 5G Mobile RAN and Security systems by the operation team.
• Oversee the implementation of the Trouble Ticketing System and guide the operation team in issuing trouble tickets and tracking fault resolution.
• Establish communication with the telecommunications company to develop and uphold daily operations, system configuration, and maintenance procedures.
• Collaborate with equipment vendors to conduct testing on gNode B software upgrades and reinforce integration with their respective 5G Core Networks.
• Manage all functions related to system and user management in the 5G RAN OSS, including access rights, software and hardware upgrades, security functionalities, and system maintenance.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical or Telecommunication or equivalent. 
• With 2+ years relevant working experience. 
• Prior knowledge and experience of IP network and IP addresses planning. 
• Working experience in 4G radio operations and maintenance.
• Proficient in 5G Networks, cloud computing and computer network is a plus.
