Production Supervisor - Chemical Manufacturing - Urgent Hiring

Responsibilities:

• Carrying out tests and inspections in accordance with work instructions, procedures, and control plans.
• Controlling a team of operators, guaranteeing efficient use of the workforce, providing on-the-job instruction.
• Supporting supervisors in daily production, confirming rejections, and reporting results.
• Maintaining proper housekeeping, coordinating with maintenance personnel.
• Ensuring operators fulfil daily goals, enforcing business rules like ISO9001/IATF16949, ISO14K, ISO45K, and EHS

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of work experience in manufacturing sector
• Able to handle production processes and staff, including overseeing, planning, and directing production to generate excellent products.
• Cost management, quality assurance, and other strategies to increase manufacturing effectiveness.
