Job Summary
- Assist dormitory management during incidents and events.
- Attend to enquiries from potential clients and employers after office hours.
- Interact with residents to obtain feedback on living conditions and other issues affecting their stay in the dormitory (e.g. noise pollution, cleanliness in common areas, etc.)
Job Description
- Ensure only authorized residents are allowed into the dormitory
- To assist to conduct random checks to ensure that no prohibited items are brought into the dormitory’s living domain
- To assist to maintain and update registers and journals.
- Perform patrols to enforce house rules
- To ensure authorized vehicles are allowed to park in the premises and no obstructions along the driveway.
- Ensure that residents adhere to dormitory house rules and take appropriate action against offending workers
- To conduct random room inspections to check on general upkeep and also to verify that only authorized persons reside in the units
- To assist with enrolment duties after office house hours, weekends and PH
- To assist in isolation/sick bay cases and follow up with Operations Executive
- To participate in the dormitory’s fire safety drills and emergency exercises
- To assist activities (e.g. variety show, funfair, sports activities)
- To perform any other duties as and when directed by management
Requirements
- Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or equivalent
- Preferably possess a valid Police Licensing & Regulatory Department (PLRD) Security License (SSO Grade)
- Advantageous with prior experience in workers dormitory
- Able to work 8 hours rotating shift (afternoon and night)
- Customer service oriented
- Preferably with driving license.
