Quantity Surveyor Manager (Contracts & Claims) - Collaborative Environment

Responsibilities:

• Prepare contracts and claims for the various projects in the Environmental Engineering Services, such as writing contractual letters, creating claims for the variation orders, EoT, and Loss & Expense. 
• Coordinating with the internal departments and relevant documents. 
• Managing claim registry, settling disagreements with the suppliers, consultants, subcontractors and clients. 
• Ensuring clients receive notice of claim on a timely manner. 
• Participating as needed in both internal and external meetings. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil, Mechanical Engineering. 
• At least 8+ years of relevant experience focus on Contracts and Claims. 
• Excellent knowledge of the PSSCOS and familiarity with the SOP Act. 
• Able to work independently as well as with the team.
