Sales Manager – M&E/ ACMV - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the tender team and coordinate sales strategies to achieve company objectives. 
• Develop and present business proposals and innovative solutions.
• Submission of tenders in a timely manner. 
• Enhance cost competitiveness during tender processes to maximize profit margins.
• Strategize and coordinate with the tender team to meet the KPIs. 
• Conduct site visits and tender meetings, and craft responses to inquiries.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with prospective clients while maintaining strong connections with existing customers.

Requirements: 

• Degree in Business Management, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. 
• At least 2 years of experience in the ACMV and/or M&E industry. 
• Strong knowledge and experience in MS Office and AutoCAD.
• With negotiation and leadership skills.
