Sales Support Coordinator (URGENT) - Hiring Urgently

Responsibilities: 

• Carry out and maintain invoices, sales order confirmation, sales contracts, quotations, and related sales documentation.
• Keep up with the customer regarding product label and coordinate with the procurement.
• Update and combine sales forecast and sales summary. 
• Communicate with the regional offices on related matters to sales and marketing. 
• Coordinate with other departments to complete orders for the clients. 
• Arrange for a local or international exhibition to be held 
• Purchasing and organizing calendars, table planners, diaries, and business presents
• Engage with the guests and organizing meetings
• Travel planning, including reserving hotels and flights, applying for and submitting a visa
• Submission of Double-Tax Deduction to IE Singapore 
• Letter distribution to the directors and assign secretarial tasks. 
• Responding to phone calls and performing other ad hoc tasks 
  Handle email domains.

Requirements:

• Min Diploma or equivalent 
• At least 2 years of Sales Admin & Coordinator experience is a plus. 
• Prior experience in Secretary is a plus. 
• Proficiency in MS Office Applications.
