Sales Support Executive (AWS & VB) - 7341 - Hiring Fast

Job Summary: 

• Logistics Industry 
• Salary up to $3300 
• AWS and Variable Bonus 
• Monday - Friday 8am – 5.15pm / 8.30am – 5.45pm / 9am – 6.15pm 
• Location: Taiseng 

Job Responsibilities: 

• Communicate with clients effectively via emails, phone calls or other communication channels to resolve their issues
• Attend to all sales enquiries from customers and work closely with the operational team to coordinate on delivering the orders
• Ensure the availability of stock for sale
• Negotiate/close deals and handle any customers feedbacks
• Lead the provision of operational support to sales such as following up with new customers to gather the necessary information and documents
• Perform day-to-day operational aspects of order fulfilment and customer service
• Process customers’ orders i.e. price quotation, checking of stock (current stock, incoming and outgoing shipment to customers) to ensure sales attainment, communication of Proforma invoices and confirmation of shipment schedules
• Be the point of contact to provide customers information on product pricing and stock availability
• Work closely with Logistics and Accounting departments to ensure smooth shipments of orders to customers
• Prepare documents such as Purchase Orders, Pick List for packing, Invoices, inventory checklist and other related documents
• Preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports on sales
• Keep track on product information updates, product pricing, and dissemination of sales materials to distributors

Requirements: 

• Good shipping acknowledge
• Good in excel able to do Pivot Table / Vlookup
