Senior Architect (Retail Industry) - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Responsibilities:

• In-charge of design, development, technical coordination, and documentation management, as well as project-in-charge of the architectural team.
• Preparing and reviewing architectural drawings, coordinating with clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Resolve complex design and technical issues.
• Reviewing shop drawings, responding to RFIs, and overseeing site walks to resolve technical issues.
• Collaborate directly with site technical officers.

Requirements:

• Diploma n Architecture
• 6 years of experience in Transport/Retail Projects.
• Must have the ability to design and generate aesthetically pleasing concepts.
