Requirements

• With related event management / training and development working experience
• With related experience in managing SGUP/Attach and trainning program
• Good command of written and spoken English. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to communicate efficiently and possess strong presentation skills
• Highly motivated and able to multi task
• Strong administration, analytical and organizational skills, with a systematic approach to problems.
• Self-driven, able to work independently as well as a good team player.
• Flexibility to adjust in a dynamic environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the SGUP/Attach and trainning program, facilitating the smooth  execution of the programme, handling claims submissions, and engaging with both employers and job seekers. 

• Plan and manage Seminars / Webinars / Workshops / Asynchronous learning. 
• Handle training administration (trainee registration, invoicing, course confirmation, request for training materials, post-event survey and certificates). 
• Work with trainers to develop online learning resources, training videos, and e-contents to be uploaded to Learning Management System.
• Work and manage the trainers on course delivery, monitor training quality and tabulate trainer fee.
• Hosting of the virtual / in-person Seminars / Webinars / Workshops. 
• Assist the Manager to organize end-to-end support for successful event conceptualisation & execution, coordination with vendors, sponsors and participants. 
• Application of training grants through TP Gateway.
• Provide good customer service
• Attend to enquiries
