Service Maintenance Manager (ACMV) - Continuous Learning Opportunities

Responsibilities: 

• Manage the team of service and maintenance staff, including training and development.
• Source for maintenance contracts and maintain a good working relationship with clients.
• Create and maintain a maintenance work schedule to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Prepare service maintenance tenders and quotations for potential clients.
• Conduct regular site visits to identify necessary maintenance works and propose them to clients with quotations.
• Follow up with clients on maintenance works and gather feedback to improve service quality.
• Ensure prompt attendance to clients' feedback and address any issues or concerns.
• Prepare and execute the annual, quarterly, and monthly budget for the service department.
• Monitor and maintain equipment inventory and track maintenance and repair costs.
• Evaluate and improve maintenance processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Enforce timely completion of maintenance tasks and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and regulations in all maintenance activities.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in ACMV field.
• At least 4+ years of working experience in ACMV Service Management. 
• Able to work independently as well as with the team.
