Technical Analyst (LTE/Telecom) - Join a Market Leader

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with the customers and other departments, attend clients’ complaints. 
• Gather and assess client requirements; create internal requirements for R&D and other departments. Manage project lifecycle from client testing to trial production.
• Prioritize UICC profile validation and homologation with MNOs. 
• Provide solutions to resolve the issues by coordinating with sales and other internal departments. 
• Carry out technical support, including preparing tender documents and presentation of the products and solutions. 
• Collaborate with the product manager to provide appropriate project solutions. 
• Conduct regular visits to the customer and foster customer relationships. 
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned. 

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics Engineering or related field. 
• Prior working experience in Sim Card in Telecom Industry. 
• In-depth knowledge of UICC/eUICC, 3GPP/ETS/GSMA standards with LTE/3G/4G/5G networks. 
• Knowledge of EMV standard and payment card (Visa/UPI/Mastercard) is an advantage. 
• Proficient with MS Office Applications.
