Technical Product Manager (Advance Flip Chip) - Dynamic Team

Responsibilities: 

• Solid understanding of the FC/AFC process.
• Supports the AFC models introduction such as demo, launching, and semi-shows.
• Identifies and reports new product ideas and innovations to expand the product and service portfolio.
• In charge of the feasibility studies and sample construction for new business opportunities.
• Participates in R&D initiatives to set target requirements and purchase the end-result.
• Develops strong technical product knowledge and problem-solving skills through systematic knowledge transfer between the Product Line, the R&D team, and the several regional support centers.
• Performs assessments, benchmarks, and demonstrations.
• Assist Sales and CPMs with Pre-Sales activity and build strong technical customer relationships with key accounts.
• Provides CPMs and Sales with technical information and updates.
• Providing technical solutions for customer concerns in coordination with Field Service Engineers 
• Perform investigation on the issues at the customer sites and assists the Engineering team (Software & Hardware) in resolving them promptly. 
• Perform troubleshooting and maintaining demo equipment as necessary.
• Provide training to the customers and FSE’S on existing and future FC platforms. 
• Perform documentation and manual writing processes.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical or Mechatronic Engineering. 
• With 3- 6 years’ experience in a Product Support with customer engagement and/or in a technical environment. 
• Proficient with MS Office applications. 
• Willingness to travel.
