Location: Tanjong Pagar (1 min walking distance from MRT)

Working Hours: Mon – Fri, 9.00am – 6.00pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in Administrative activities and general operations
• Physical or electronic filing of the case files, secretarial files, company policies, etc.
• Keying and entering of data to document it in system.
• Updating of platforms, insurance records, etc.

Requirements:

• Meticulous and detail-oriented, able to multi-task
• Comfortable to work in a fast-paced environment
• Have at least 1 year administrative experience
• Work experience in legal industry will be an added advantage
