A growing company has a vacancy for an Account Executive.
- She/He is responsible of one full set of accounts including GL & Financial reporting.
- AR controller & doubtful debt monitoring.
- GST report for filing.
- Perform monthly reconciliation of bank AR/AP and inventory.
- Hands-on inventory management will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical mind and operation sense in a fast-paced environment
- Liaise with external stakeholders, customers, auditors, tax agents, etc
- Ad hoc duties being assigned.
Requirement
- Possess a Diploma in accounting or equivalent min 2-3 years of relevant working experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, well organized, analytical, adaptable and matured individual with positive working attitude and high commitment.
- Good understanding of account standards and tax requirement
- Proficient with MS Office application, prefer with hand on experience accounting software, Navision would be an advantage.
- Fluent in English, Mandarin and/or Malay would be an advantage.
