Job title : Admin Assistant
Hours: Mon – Thurs : 0800hrs – 1730hrs, Fri : 0800hrs - 1700hrs

Job Descriptions:
Finance Reconciliation
• Conduct financial reconciliation
• Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to
• investigate discrepancies and resolve financial issues e.g. refunds.
• Maintain detailed records of financial transaction and outcomes
Notification Management
• Ensure timely and effective delivery of notifications to award recipients, including reminders to spend credits before expiry date.
• Utilise various communication channels, including SMS, email and hardcopy letters, to reach recipients.
• Maintain accurate records of notifications sent and status of delivery.
• Monitor and report utilisation trends
Public Query Resolution
• Promptly respond to the queries from the public via various communication channels (phone, email).
• Accurately document and close queries, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Support transitional administrative functions, pending roll out of the various system enhancements from policy change and digitalisation efforts
