Job responsibilities:

As a Beauty Advisor/Retail Associate/Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will represent our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring that every customer interaction is memorable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide product knowledge and recommendations based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate and promote products through effective merchandising and product displays.
• Assist with inventory management and restocking of products.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a luxury shopping experience for all customers.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and goals.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product performance.

Job requirements:

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Passion for beauty, fashion, and luxury brands
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service skills
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
