Clinic Supervisor West - Energetic Workplace

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Assist in managing the clinic to ensure a high level of operational efficiency
• Assist in staffing matters, communicate workflow and safety protocols to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures
• Manage inventory ensuring prompt requisitions of equipment and consumables
• Assist in resolving issues/ providing guidance to junior staff
• Work closely with the doctors and clinical staff to provide excellent patient care
• Contribute directly towards making the clinic more patient-focused by engaging in feedback collation and process improvements

Job requirements

• At least 2 years relevant experience in healthcare
• Preferably possess a Diploma in any discipline
• Able to work staggered hours (night clinic) /weekends/PH on a rotation basis
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
