Position: CNC Programmer
Responsibilities:
- Prepare program with the understanding of drawing details, customer specifications and requirements.
- Create set up sheet with tool list and cutting parameter to assist production department to achieve its production quotas with quality and safety guidelines.
- Conduct monthly update of program once the program is tested.
- Generate setup sheet for each part as required.
- Generate all programs, set-up and tooling lists as per company QSM and engineering department procedures.
- Review and approve of all program sheets.
- Design fixture and request for new tools; as and when required.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Nitec in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline or related professional certificates.
- At least 2 Years of working experience in CNC Programming (Turning or Milling).
- Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings.
- Proficiency in CAD/ CAM software.
- Good knowledge in milling/ turning tooling and machining process.
