- Basic salary: $3,500 to $4,000
- Monday to Friday Hours: 8am - 5pm/ 9am - 6pm
Saturdays: half day
Job Scopes:
- Administer support for patient services, covering registration, billing, and addressing feedback/complaints.
- Provide financial guidance and gather admission deposits from patients or their next of kin.
- Supervise daily patient charges and initiate follow-up for any needed deposit adjustments.
- Perform patient visits to ensure top-tier service and collaborate with departments for service recovery or investigations.
- Prepare invoices, discuss them with patients or their next of kin upon discharge, and secure payments.
Requirements:
- Min. Diploma in any discipline.
- 2 years of clinical experience in healthcare industry is preferred.
- Singaporean only
