Job Title: Executive, Sales & Marketing

Department: College for Lifelong Aspirations and Skills (CLASS@SHATEC Orchard)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales and Marketing Executive to promote our short courses. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts for both short courses and customised courses. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to promote our short courses.
• Generate leads and new businesses through various marketing channels, including email campaigns, social media, online advertising and/or other outreach activities.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the marketing and communications team to create and manage marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and online advertising.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to develop new short courses based on market demand.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
• Provide regular reports on sales and marketing activities to the management team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the CET industry.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
