Global Fulfilment Executive

• Oversees assigned subsidiaries or franchisees' orders to ensure on-time delivery to meet sales/marketing or operational (eg. repairs) needs.
• Management of inventory levels to ensure optimal stock on hand.
• Monitoring of orders, forecast and inventory levels to anticipate issues in the near and mid-term in order to manage them.
• Proactively manage upstream supply chain adequacy with vendors, to ensure on-time production to meet shipment dates.
• Ensure best cost and time efficiency in logistics arrangements.
• Provide timely upload of spare part list according to the timeline.
• Provide Spare part analysis trend report.

Requirements:

• Min “A” level or Diploma holder with 2-3 years relevant experience in similar capacity, or 5 years of related experience.
• Good time management, resourcefulness and ability to work within tight timelines.
• Able to read & communicate in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking partners.
• Proficient in MS Office applications like Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of Navision will be advantageous.
• Knowledge of shipping basics will be advantageous.
