In-house Creative Designer - Room for Advancement

We are currently seeking a talented and motivated In-House Creative Designer to join our team. As an In-House Creative Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually compelling designs that effectively communicate our brand identity and engage our target audience. Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Conceptualize and create visually appealing designs for various mediums, including print and digital platforms.
• Develop and maintain a consistent brand image across all design projects.
• Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts that align with project goals and brand guidelines.
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create engaging social media graphics, website banners, infographics, and other digital assets.
• Design print materials such as brochures, flyers, packaging, and advertisements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, tools, and best practices to enhance design skills and knowledge.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Conduct user research to keep up-to-date on the latest trends and influences in UI/UX, and sharing the findings with the team.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an In-House Creative Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and versatility.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Figma and other relevant tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver pixel-perfect designs.
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
• A passion for creativity and a keen eye for aesthetics.
• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual arts, or a related field (preferred).
• Knowledge in UI and UX is advantageous.
