Maintenance and Operations Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Coordinate maintenance activities for facilities and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
• Ensure the proper functioning and maintenance of machinery and equipment (such as genset, excavator etc) to support production and operational requirements.
• Coordinate tasks and resources across machinery & equipment maintenance team, and logistics & operations team to meet operational goals and deadlines.
• Manage logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation, and distribution, to support operational needs.
• Address operational issues and challenges, implementing solutions to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure the Operations and Logistics adhere to safety measures during operations.
• As team leader in performing daily task, inclusive of daily reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Possesses proficient machinery knowledge (preferred).
• Previous experience in hand-on maintenance engineering, logistics & operations management, or related fields.
• Knowledge on the procedures in maintenance of equipment & machinery, logistics and operations.
• Basic IT knowledge on software operating.
• People oriented, task oriented and possess positive work attitude.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
• Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
