Mechanical Engineering Technician

The Mechanical Engineering Technician must possess fundamental knowledge of electronics and power elements. He/She ensures that the containers are connected to the power supply in time. He/She needs to comply with workplace safety and health procedures. He/She also follows all other regulations. He/She shows initiative in tasks. He/She is able to work well with others in a team and provide feedback in a helpful manner.

1. Assist in Reefer Plugging and Unplugging Operations:
- Analyze the jobs received
- Arrange accordingly to the urgency and impotancy
- Make sure all the jobs done comply to the rules and regulations
- Ensure performance levels are in accordance with technical specifications
- Fault-finding and troubleshooting

2. Fulfill the requirements below:
- Minimum degree or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year experience in operations
- Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Good interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
- Possess class 3 driving license
- Able to work independently as well as in a team
- Able to work on rotating shift
- Able to work on weekends when required
- Able to work on long hours
- Physically fit
- Based in PSA Pasir Panjang Terminal
