Retail Supervisor (Up to $3600/ 5 days/ MNC/ TOWN) - Join a Leading Company

Responsibilities :

• Handle daily operational tasks and manage various responsibilities.
• Supervise retail staff, assign tasks, and ensure effective teamwork.
•  Provide leadership and training for new staff.
• Have experience in retail operations, including liaising with suppliers and merchandising.
• Assist the department manager in developing new merchandise concepts and coordinating promotions and marketing efforts.

Requirements :

• Min Diploma
• Able to commit shift hours, 5 days work week including weekends and PH (Retail hours, 0930 - 1830 & 1240 - 2140, 2 shift 8 hours per day)
• Experienced in supervisory operations in the retail industry
