An Insurance company is looking for a Sales Operations Assistant Manager.
Responsibilities
- Provide sales operations support to Sales team including documentation preparations, client medical arrangement, new & ongoing application documentation, KYC requirements as well as policy delivery.
- Update Sales team on their pipeline and cases and to ensure that sales meetings are updated in the systems.
- Partner with Sales and Client Service team to ensure smooth preparation and completion of annual reviews.
- Manage and bring all the cases under care into completion (includes follow-up/ negotiation with insurers/ underwriters)
- Prepare specific client’s power point presentation and product comparison for client’s meeting
Requirements:
- Min 3-5 years of customer service and / or relationship management experience within Banking or Insurance industry – dealing with HNWI clients.
- An efficient multi-tasker
- Good functional and technical knowledge in insurance sales
- Highly organized and proactive in following up cases and also daily work
- Effectively cope with changes
