Onsite work on our Hongsa Power Plant
Accountability:
- To support direct supervisor in planning and scheduling duties.
- Collaborates with HPC and EGAT Operation & Maintenance for effective routine maintenance schedule and planned outage.
- Monitoring Power Plant Maintenance budget and cost controlling including analysis and reporting to supervisor.
- Monitoring all activities of planned outage management preparation until execution.
- Perform contractor management and monitoring sub-contractor to perform work follow obligation including to conduct performance evaluation.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering. Having engineering license will be advantage.
- 3 years of work experience in maintenance and engineering, power plant construction and maintenance, project management in power plant or petrochemical plant.
- Experience in power plant maintenance or turnaround project, bidding, purchasing technical and bid evaluation, project engineering or project control engineering will be advantage.
- Understand SHE ISO 14001, 45001
- Having SAP experience (Maintenance Module) at least 1 year.
- Good attitude and able to work under pressure, logical and systematic thinking.
- Conflict management and negotiation skills.
- Good and Effective communication skills.
- Understand reliability control machine, predictive maintenance, or condition base monitoring.
- Knowledge in FMEA, Root Caused Analysis, Equipment Failure Mode, Vibration and Oil Analysis.
- Computer proficiency with Microsoft Office software and Presentation skills.
- Good command of English with written (TOEIC 500 score).
