Responsibilities:

Daily

Check with Quality (QMS department) for review of documents (check if there are GDP issues)
Arrange training with the Engineering team & Production team.
Maintaining OJT documents (new hires and existing) – cross training.
Conduct basic training – Example how to use torque, wrist band for ESD etc.

Weekly

Review OJT for new hires – collect training documents from the Supvr to be input into system for tracking.
Trainer (if he is the SME), will close the gap with the Supervisor.

Monthly/Quarterly

Review of LNA for the production

Yearly/Ad-hoc

Kaizen activities
Safety/EHS
Audits – provide training records
Able to conduct classroom training (coaching)
Supporting the production team

Requirements:

Min Diploma in Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry
Able to plan and create training programs
Have experience in improving the quality of workmanship
Able to perform technical training task like review/modify/troubleshoot defects/problems
