Sr. Purchasing Specialist - Career Growth Potential

Job Responsibility 

1. Responsible for electronic materials and equipment purchasing.

2. Familiar with SAP system. Order materials according to inventory level and material lead-time to ensure the continuous material supply.

3. Contract management (like signing Master Purchasing Agreement with suppliers) and maintain supplier relationship.

4. Purchasing data analysis and supplier data maintenance.

5. Quick response for material defects & shortages, force majeure, etc.  Root-cause analysis & communicate with both internal and external customers to develop & implement the action plan.  High cross-functional teamwork capability is required.

6. Cooperate with IT department to develop procurement system, integrate and optimize OTD, inventory management & early warning system, etc.

7. RFQ and negotiation with material and equipment suppliers for competitive prices. 

8. Developing new material & technology suppliers for new programs 

9. Developing low cost suppliers for higher competitive

Job Requirement

• 5 years working experience in purchasing with SAP
• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Semiconductor packaging material or equipment purchasing experience is a plus
• Fluent English and Mandarin
