Warehouse Customer Service (Allowance / VB / Basic up to $2800 / West)

Job Scope:

· Liaison between clients and warehouse staff on all goods receipts and goods release.

· Ensure data integrity for all inventory transactions updated into system

· Perform system inventory reconciliation, weekly cycle count and stock-take.

· Arranging and monitoring of goods collection and delivery.

· Ensure relevant documents are generated for all

· Update of activities and rates into WMS.

· Issuance of GR & Pick List for daily whse operations

· Ensure E-commerce orders are fulfilled timely and suppliers' invoices are checked & verified within the month.

· Issue monthly billings to clients.

· Manage clients’ queries and complaint

Requirement:

· Minimum O-Level

· At least 1 year experience in admin / customer serevice for warehouse/logistic

· Able to maintain accurate and precise records and stores

· Experience in inventory system
