Lift Maintenance Technician

Company’s Profile:

Established for more than 50 years as an overseas service base for sales, installation and maintenance of lifts and escalators in Singapore, they are currently looking for enthusiastic individuals to join their expanding team.

Work location: Jurong East

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am – 5.15pm

Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance works in accordance to the schedule
• Observe safety work procedures and proper keeping and use of tools
• Follow up on breakdown report and assist Standby Section where required
• Keep proper records of works carried out in the relevant reports
• Attend to the building or equipment inspections as required, by law (BCD, FSB)
• Assist in conducting and investigating of damages/accidents to equipment or personnel
• Follow up on QC and QA defects

Requirements:

• Nitec/Diploma in any Engineering discipline or equivalent
• Work experience in lift industry will be an added advantage
• Has own bike to travel around to different site locations (monthly bike allowance will be provided)
