General Manager / Assistant General Manager

DESCRIPTIONS:  

·                Managing & supervise whole construction management activities related to Business Operations from Projects to Sales, Tenders, Design, Projects and QA/QC.

·                Ensure that order deadlines are made and company production standards are maintained.

·                Ability to create business plans, targets and overall business objectives.

·                Ability to do Strategic Planning for the entire company.

·                Monitor the quantity and quality of products made.

·                Provide technical expertise in projects and business.

·                Manage the decision-making process.

REQUIREMENTS:   

·                Must be Civil Engineer from a reputed university, preferably recognised by BCA, PEB.

·                Minimum 5 to 8 years’ experience in a Top management role in Construction and Facades.

·                Strong background in managing multi-division businesses

·                Proven experience managing multinational and multi discipline teams.

·                Proven analytical and problem-solving skill.

·                Strong in Leadership Qualities
