Business Process Engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Analyze, design, optimize and standardize manufacturing quality business processes across global manufacturing sites.
2. Drive process governance, harmonization and continuous improvement.
3. Support New Product Introduction (NPI), Manufacturing Process Change Management and Manufacturing Quality processes (e.g. non-conformance and CAPA, inspection and control planning, rework and concession handling).
4. Establish and maintain Quality Master Data governance and business process standards.
5. Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications for digital solutions.
6. Drive the setup, enhancement of SAP QM, Digital Shopfloor Quality Management, MES (quality related process). and related manufacturing systems.
7. Design, configure and maintain workflow solutions (e.g. JobRouter, Power Automate) to support business process automation.
8. Develop and maintain business process documentation, including process maps, business requirements and work instructions.
9. Facilitate cross-functional workshops and collaborate with stakeholders across Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, IT and OT.
10. Define and monitor process KPIs to support operational excellence and continuous improvement.
11. Plan & Establish & Execution & Manage the projects in collaboration with steering committees and project teams.
12. Work as Quality Business Partner to support Engineering-to-Release, Inbound-to-Outbound, Schedule-to-Produce and other processes.

What we're looking for

1. Bachelor's Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Quality Engineering or a related discipline.
2. 5+ years of experience in manufacturing, quality, process engineering or operational excellence.
3. Strong understanding of manufacturing and quality processes based on SAP.
4. Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
5. Experience with Quality Management System ISO9001 / IATF169494.
6. SAP master data management and governance.
7. Experience with ERP, MES or workflow implementation projects.
8. Experience with NPI, APQP, PPAP and Manufacturing Process Change Management is preferred.
9. Lean Six Sigma Green Belt/Black Belt or Business Process Management experience is preferred.

Technical Skills

1. Business Process Analysis and Process Mapping

4. Enterprise Workflow Platforms (e.g. JobRouter, Power Automate)
5. Power BI and Manufacturing Data Platforms
