Customer Service Representative - 1 Year Contract (Renewable + Convertible)

Work Location: Woodlands, Suntec, Clementi, Toa Payoh, Bukit Timah, Sengkang, Yishun, Tampines, Hougang
⏰ Working Schedule: (5.5 work week) Monday to Friday: 810am to 5pm / 940am to 630pm
Saturday: 830am to 130pm (Rotational Basis)

Job Description:
* Handle over-the-counter transactions in an efficient and accurate manner (including cash deposits and withdrawals).
* Assist in customers’ enquiries and ensure service delivery standards are met in achieving total customer satisfaction .
* Educate and migrate customers towards the digital platform.
* Drive service excellence in the areas of customer satisfaction - Customer wait time, problem resolution and customer feedback / escalation / complaint.
* Contributes to self and team effort by accomplishing related results.

Job Requirements:
* Minimum Nitec holder with minimum 1 year relevant customer facing experience.
* Highly adaptable, ability to deal with ambiguity.
* Experience in delivering excellent customer journeys and digital features
