Field Applications Engineer

STAr-Quest Technologies is seeking for a Field Applications Engineer to support customers in SE Asia territories. The ideal candidate should possess knowledge on semiconductor wafer level testing and has a broad mix of experience on device test application

Responsibilities:

• Provide pre-sales and post sales application support
• Perform on-site system installation, application training and buy off support
• Support basic software programming optimization and development
• Work closely with customers and HQ on technical issues and provide solution to address problem
• Generate incident reports and identify steps to close issues
• Present findings and solution internally and externally

Employment Requirements:

• Possess a Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering
• At least 2 years of technical and engineering support on Wafer Level Test & Measurement systems
• Excellent communication and troubleshooting skill
• Possess programming skills such as python, C++
• Experience in Parametric, Functional, Silicon Photonics and High-power wafer level testing
• Broad knowledge of automated and semi-automated test equipment and reliability testing
• Experience with Semiconductor Metrology tool, Wafer Probers and Testers is a plus
