Job Descriptions:

• Drafting, reviewing, and interpreting contracts and legal documents to mitigate company liability.
• Providing legal advice and corporate support to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, company policies, and best practices. Participating in corporate restructuring, M&A activities, business ventures, and financing.
• Handling various legal matters including commercial contract vetting, regulatory compliance, and addressing legal issues as they arise.
• Collaborating with external legal counsel to manage disputes and claims, safeguarding the company's interests and advising on dispute resolution processes.

​​​​​​Requirements

• Degree in Law, with at least 3 years’ corporate commercial experience, preferably in a public listed company.
• Able to work independently as well as in a team across all business units of the Group, including overseas subsidiaries
• Familiar with civil litigation, corporate governance and compliance requirements of listed companies.
• Strong command in English and good interpersonal / communication skills.
