Job Description - Project Manager (Construction) - Dynamic Team

Oversee all project activities;
Lead team from proposal to hand-over stage;
Ensuring the project is within budget and delivery on schedule;
Carry out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department to Client/ Landlord
Follows up on all aspects of QA/QC matters;
Records all defects works and ensure proper documentation
Collate, prepare, and record VO works, if any.
