Sales Account Manager - Urgent Hire

Position: Sales Account Manager

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
• Manage customer accounts.
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular and effective communications.
• Handle customers’ enquires and propose solutions that meet their requirements.
• Collaborate with various departments to respond to customers’ technical queries.
• Review customer’s quotation requirements against company’s resources and capabilities.
• Follow-up with customers on quotations submitted to secure orders.
• Perform contract review to ensure requirements match quotation’s terms of supply and ensure documents/information are sufficient for production and delivery.
• Plan and execute sales strategies.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations and pay customers’ visits.
• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Sales statistics and reports.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
• Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings is a plus.
• Excellent presentation skill.
• Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills. 
• Meticulous with attention to details. 
• Motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently within a team environment. 
• High level of initiative and adaptability to dynamic environment. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
