Position: Sales Account Manager
Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and provide excellent customer service.
- Manage customer accounts.
- Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular and effective communications.
- Handle customers’ enquires and propose solutions that meet their requirements.
- Collaborate with various departments to respond to customers’ technical queries.
- Review customer’s quotation requirements against company’s resources and capabilities.
- Follow-up with customers on quotations submitted to secure orders.
- Perform contract review to ensure requirements match quotation’s terms of supply and ensure documents/information are sufficient for production and delivery.
- Plan and execute sales strategies.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and pay customers’ visits.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly Sales statistics and reports.
- Perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
- Ability to interpret BOM & technical drawings is a plus.
- Excellent presentation skill.
- Strong relationship management and interpersonal skills.
- Meticulous with attention to details.
- Motivated, goal oriented and able to work independently within a team environment.
- High level of initiative and adaptability to dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills.
