Customer Service Representative (Order Management, Central) - Urgent Position

Our client is one of the leader in the distribution of dental equipment for various clients, they are hiring a customer service representative to join the team to manage orders and customer enquires 

Location: Central

Salary up to $3500

Responsibilities:

• Order management, processing, and monitoring in SAP
• Manage incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information to customers.
• Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
• Communicate and coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
• Documents management 

Requirements:

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Experience with SAP systems and practices.
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
• Typically works in an office environment.
• May require sitting for long periods of time.
