Digital Platform Specialist

Role: Bridge the gap between new technologies & practical needs by evaluating, implementing, and supporting digital tools and AI applications.

Responsibilities:

• Research & Evaluate: Analyze 3rd party tech/AI apps & software to identify best fit for organizational goals.
• Stay Ahead of the Curve: Track emerging digital trends & technologies, sharing insights with the team.
• Drive Online Presence: Conduct market research to inform online strategies for increased engagement and conversions.
• Project Management: Manage project tasks like requirements analysis, testing, implementation, user training, and vendor support.
• Knowledge Transfer: Train staff on using tools effectively within the organization's context.

Qualifications:

• Technical Skills: University degree or diploma, familiarity with SaaS tools (GitHub, GitLab, Jira), knowledge of AI & user tools.
• Project Management: Experience leading, managing, supporting, and troubleshooting software & applications.
• Communication & Collaboration: Strong written & verbal communication, ability to explain technical information clearly.
• Problem-Solving: Proven analytical skills to find creative solutions to new challenges.
